- Introduction ปัจจุบัน บริษัท เยสเซาเทิร์นเอ็กเชนจ์ จำกัด มีจุดมุ่งหมายต้องการจะก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศที่มีรากฐานแข็งแกร่ง เพื่อก้าวขึ้นสู่การเป็นอันดับ 1 ในภูมิภาคภาคใต้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ท่ามกลางสภาวะตลาดที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วจากการเข้ามาของผู้เล่นรายใหม่ ทั้งในกลุ่มสถาบันการเงินและภาคเอกชน ส่งผลให้เกิดการแข่งขันด้านกลยุทธ์ราคาที่เข้มข้นขึ้น ซึ่งปัจจัยดังกล่าวกลายเป็นความท้าทายสำคัญต่อการรักษาอัตรากำไรในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ การเปลี่ยนผ่านของเทคโนโลยีทางการเงิน (Digital Disruption) ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเกิดขึ้นของ Virtual Bank หรือระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-payment) ได้กลายเป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคและทิศทางของโลกการเงินยุคใหม่ ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ที่ไม่หยุดนิ่ง YES Finance จึงถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นเพื่อเป็นคำตอบในการสร้าง New S-Curve ให้กับองค์กร โดยเรามุ่งเน้นการยกระดับบริการจากรูปแบบดั้งเดิมสู่การเป็น FinTech Company อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ และรองรับการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในโลกเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล

General & Rates
What are your current exchange rates? Our rates are updated in real-time to reflect the global market. You can view our live rates on our YesExchangeThailand.com or visit us in-branch for a personalized quote.
Why is the rate I see online different from the one in-store? Online rates often show the “interbank rate” (the rate banks use to trade with each other). Consumer rates include a small margin to cover service costs and ensure we can provide physical currency on demand.
Transactions & Payments
What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept:
- Cash (Local currency), Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Bank Transfers (For large amounts or digital orders)
- Note: We do not accept Credit Cards or Personal Checks for currency purchases.
Do I need to bring my ID? Yes. To ensure a secure transaction and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) for all exchanges.
Travel & Ordering
Can I order currency online and pick it up later? Absolutely! Use our online portal to lock in a rate. Your order will be ready for pickup at your chosen branch within [24-48] hours.
Do you buy back unused currency? Yes! We offer a Buy-Back Guarantee. If you return from your trip with leftover banknotes, we will exchange them back into your local currency at the prevailing buy rate. Please note: We generally do not accept foreign coins.
What happens if the currency I need is out of stock? While we stock major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY) daily, exotic currencies may require a lead time of 2-3 business days. We recommend calling ahead or ordering online.
Security & Compliance
Is my transaction secure? Your security is our priority. We are a fully licensed Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by Bank of Thailand. All digital transactions are encrypted, and in-branch exchanges are handled in a secure environment.
Why do you need my source of funds for large transactions? To keep our financial system safe, regulations require us to verify the source of funds for very large exchanges. This helps prevent fraud and ensures we remain compliant with national security laws.
